Command Muscle Memory ("the Service") is operated by Bent On Simple Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Command Muscle Memory, at commandmuscle.com. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual accessing or using the Service.
Command Muscle Memory is a web-based Linux command-line training application. It provides scenario-based command recall drills, tiered practice (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced), and adaptive repetition exercises designed to build command-line muscle memory through active practice.
The Service is a training and practice tool. Completion of exercises does not guarantee any particular skill level, job readiness, employment outcome, certification, exam result, professional achievement, promotion, or hiring result.
Command Muscle Memory is an educational training tool designed to help users practice command-line concepts and improve repetition-based recall. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in certification, employment, job placement, promotion, exam passage, professional advancement, or any specific learning outcome.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access the Service, you must register an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
(a) maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
(b) all activity that occurs under your account;
(c) notifying us immediately at
support@commandmuscle.com
if you suspect unauthorized access.
Account access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
If you request deletion of your account, you may lose access to the Service, including purchase history, progress history, saved training data, and lifetime-access records associated with that account. Account deletion may be permanent and may not be reversible. Certain transaction records may be retained as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
The Service is provided for educational and practice purposes only. The commands, scenarios, examples, and explanations are intended to support learning and repetition. You are responsible for applying commands appropriately in real systems, production environments, work environments, lab environments, or exam settings.
You are responsible for how you use the training material, commands, examples, and practice scenarios provided through the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Access to Command Muscle Memory currently requires a one-time payment of $4.99 USD ("Founder Access"), unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full credit card number, CVV, or full payment credentials. Stripe may provide us with limited transaction-related information needed to confirm purchases, manage refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain records. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, currency conversion charges, or other charges imposed by your jurisdiction, bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Lifetime Access defined: If the Service is offered as a one-time purchase, Founder Access, or lifetime-access product, "lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the Command Muscle Memory product, subject to these Terms, account status, technical availability, and any lawful modification, suspension, discontinuation, or material change to the Service. "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of the product, not the user's personal lifetime.
We may offer promotions, discounts, free trials, coupons, early-access pricing, Founder Access pricing, or different pricing from time to time. Promotional offers may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases unless stated otherwise.
We stand behind Command Muscle Memory. If you are not satisfied, here is exactly how refunds work:
Refund window: You may request a full refund within 5 calendar days of your original purchase date and time, except where a longer refund period is required by applicable law.
How to request: Email support@commandmuscle.com with your purchase confirmation or the email address used at checkout. No lengthy explanation is required.
Processing time: Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method when available. Refund timing may vary depending on Stripe, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, but refunds commonly take 5–10 business days after approval.
After 5 calendar days: All sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because Command Muscle Memory is a digital product with immediate access upon purchase, refunds are not available after the 5-day window has closed, except where required by applicable law, regardless of usage, login frequency, or account status.
The refund clock starts at the date and time of purchase, not the first login date. Requests submitted more than 5 calendar days after purchase are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such action unless prohibited from doing so by law or where notice would create security, fraud, legal, or operational risk.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, corrections, feature requests, command suggestions, scenario ideas, or recommendations about the Service, you grant Bent On Simple Solutions, LLC permission to use, modify, publish, implement, commercialize, or otherwise exploit that feedback without restriction, attribution, or compensation to you.
If you access beta, preview, test, or pre-launch versions of the Service, you understand that those versions may be incomplete, contain errors, include temporary features, produce inaccurate results, or change before public release.
